Product care

BAGS AND POUCHES - spot clean only with mild diluted detergent. Fabric should be protected prior to use using a Scotchguard like product to shield fabric from stains and soiling.

SCARVES - Made with GOTS certified organic cotton jersey. Gentle hand wash or gentle cold machine wash. Separate first wash. Please avoid harsh detergents. Do not tumble dry as this may cause shrinkage. Line dry in shade. Do not scrub, wring or bleach.  Keep it hanging to avoid creasing.

It is important that you follow our instruction for the longevity of our products.

All of our prints are heat sealed. The heat bonds the ink permanently to the fabric, so you can wash it and the design won’t come off.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released to any entities or individuals.

Shipping information

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days. Shipping in Australia is free. Overseas shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. Orders are shipped via Australia Post. 

Returns

All our products are designed and made in Australia by us. In the unlike event that you receive an item that is faulty please contact us via email and we will organise a replacement for you.

If you are not satisfied with your order, items may be returned within one week of receipt. Before returning your items please contact us first with your order information. Returned items must be in the same conditions as they were when they were sent to you. Once we receive your return, you will be credited for the merchandise amount. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.
